At Dialed we are committed to selling the best performance riding products in the industry. All products bought through us are covered by each manufacturers standard warranty from date of purchase against any defects in materials and workmanship. As riders, we know that our products are subject to severe conditions and stress. If you experience a problem with one of our products please get in touch so we can see how we can assist.

Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund but will incur a 5% restocking and admin fee. The merchandise may not be damaged, scratched, dirty or even slightly used as it will not be accepted as re-saleable. It must also include the original packaging material and tags.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or colour, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange.
Costs to courier goods back to Dialed is for the customers cost unless as stated above we are at fault with incorrect or faulty merchandise.
All merchandise sold on sale is final and cannot be returned unless it is damaged before collection or we sent the wrong item.
Delivery is by 3rd party courier.
Transit times will vary depending on the region.
Main centres – 2 days
Outlying areas – 2 – 5 days depending on how far out.
Frames courier cost will be quoted prior to confirmation.
Items that are out of stock we are happy to try to assist and obtain within an agreed upon time frame – this can be facilitated by communicating with firstname.lastname@example.org – one of the team will reach out.
Due to the current global shortage of product , we offer the frames on an enquiry basis as the stock levels with our Global partners are always moving. Once we receive confirmation a deposit of 50% is required to process the order.
Balance of 50% is due before shipment.
Any frame enquiry that is confirmed as available and does not have deposit paid within 5 days will lose its reserved status.
